1986, a Richmond office was opened; in 1987, a Washington,
D.C. office was added; in 1989, headquarters was reestablished
in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1996, he sold controlling
interest in the career-outplacement division of the
firm to facilitate further expansion. Soon thereafter,
it began trading publicly on NASDAQ, with offices
in Salt Lake City, Seattle and Portland. He assumed
controlling interest in the firm in 2004 and reestablished
headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2006.
